A highlight of the event is Quetzal's favorite dish, chalupas. However, when Cassie's older sister Sophie fails to appear, Cassie fears there will be none. Emmy encourages Cassie to take charge since she knows how to make them. Meanwhile, Enrique teaches everyone a special bilingual song to perform for Quetzal.
