Nicki Chapman travels to Cornwall to assist a couple from Croydon who have a budget of £450,000 and a passion for nature in their search for an ideal countryside home. During her visit, Nicki learns about a Cornish farm participating in a national effort to establish a food enterprise zone. She gets a taste of what Norton Barton Farm envisions as it aims to develop into a food artisan village, supporting local producers.
