Nicki Chapman is assisting an artist in their quest for a period home in Hampshire, ideally with space for a painting studio and a garden suitable for yoga practice. Meanwhile, Nicki takes a break from the house search to explore the South Downs National Park, where she participates in a tree-planting project to celebrate the park's tenth anniversary.
