Obi visits the chief to report the discovery of a fifth Adolla-Burst bearer. Meanwhile, Inca, a schoolgirl with a unique talent for detecting fires before they ignite, gains a reputation as the Fireground Thief. She starts to exploit her ability, demanding valuables from those she saves from flames in return for her assistance.
