For the last 22 days, I’ve been on the run, borrowing five thousand dollars from Uncle Harry to keep me afloat. I've relied on fake identities to evade the authorities, all while trying to inform the FBI, CIA, and Defense Department about the alien experiment that took my wife, but unsurprisingly, no one replied. I made my way to Potomac, Maryland, searching for "Crazy" Eddie Nambulous, the publisher of The Paranoid Times, which proudly states, "Believe the Unbelievable." If anyone could grasp my situation, it was him. Eddie was doubtful about my claims of Hannah being cloned and my involvement in an alien experiment, brushing off the extraterrestrial angle as outdated. He insisted the government was behind secret cloning projects and mentioned his friend Dean Hormeth, who had supposedly taken evidence from a lab that could expose the "conspiracy of the century."
