No poetic entry today; it seems Nostradamus missed the warning signs for my latest blunder. I could have really used some foresight. While investigating a potential alien sighting in Cascade County, Montana, a cop recognized me as a fugitive while I was enjoying steak and eggs. I managed to escape into the woods, but the chase was on. A dozen sheriff's deputies, a few bloodhounds, and a helicopter were hot on my trail. I called Eddie, and he advised me to head west to meet him—if I could make it! He suggested I disturb the underbrush to throw off the dogs, giving me just enough time to reach the river and evade capture. I thought I was in the clear, but the leg chains thrown at my feet proved otherwise. I was apprehended. The man who caught me wore a U.S. Marshal’s uniform, but I recognized him as the alien hitman (Acolyte) responsible for Elton Beleye's demise
