At Freshwater High, Oscar's morning announcements have become a tedious routine for everyone. To spice things up, Bea steps in to make them more lively. However, when Oscar notices that she’s straying from school topics, he chooses to resign from his role. Unfortunately, he misses the opportunity to inform students about the cafeteria's temporary closure for repairs, leaving everyone in the lurch.
