Brad Miller heads to Atlanta, Georgia, where he discovers the Deep South Biscuit Co. food truck, run by Chef Gia Rosenfeld. He enjoys a fried chicken biscuit topped with bourbon-bacon jam and a brisket biscuit sandwich drizzled with cherry cola barbecue sauce. Next, Brad travels to Denver, Colorado, to visit the Hunje truck, where Chef Jason Bray serves him a dish of hickory-smoked fried chicken wings coated in a zesty homemade Asian hot sauce. Finally, in Las Vegas, Nevada, Brad indulges in delightful dessert hand pies, including a strawberry French toast variation from the Smiley Pies truck.
