In St. Louis, Brad Miller stops by the Seoul Taco food truck, where Chef David Choi creatively combines Mexican cuisine with Korean influences. Brad tries the Gogi Bowl and the renowned Korean barbecue burrito stuffed with marinated beef and spicy kimchi fried rice. Next, he heads to Portland, Oregon, to meet Chef Victor Darchini at his Caspian Kabob truck, where Victor teaches him to prepare traditional Persian dishes, including his famous lamb and beef kabobs. Later, Brad visits the Wild North food truck, where Chef Brandon Hughes uses a wood-fired oven to create the unique Shrimp Boil Bread Bowl. For dessert, he indulges in Campfire S'Mores Cookies topped with toasted bourbon-vanilla marshmallows.
