Brad Miller embarks on a culinary adventure, beginning at Wood Shop BBQ in Seattle, where Chef Matt Davis delights him with enormous smoked beef ribs and chicken wings drenched in his signature Kansas City-style barbecue sauce. His journey continues at the Hapa PDX food truck in Portland, Oregon, where he samples the G-Special Ramen, featuring succulent pork belly, pickled shiitake mushrooms, and a perfectly soft-boiled egg, crafted by chefs and co-owners Sara and Michael Littman. Brad’s final stop is in St. Louis at Farmtruk, where owner Samantha Mitchell serves her delectable soft-shell crab BLT alongside a local favorite—gooey butter cake drizzled with fresh strawberry sauce and topped with whipped honey goat cheese.
