Jessica’s beliefs in superstitions come into play when she lists a house at 44 West 44th Street, as the number 4 is considered unlucky in Chinese culture. Meanwhile, encouraged by the new school counselor, Eddie decides to run for school president. However, Jessica's bad luck catches up with him as a small fib snowballs into a much bigger problem.
