As the Panthers and Lions game draws near, the atmosphere in town becomes increasingly charged. Coach informs Luke that he won't be on the field for the game, leaving him disappointed. Meanwhile, Tami works to smooth things over with her critics. The Riggins brothers face a mix of surprising twists, both positive and negative, that disrupt their lives. In the meantime, Vince joins forces with Kennard, plotting a way to get back at those who have wronged them.
