Tommy Chow, a young man with a penchant for gambling, stumbles upon a set of tattoo needles. He tattoos an unsuspecting victim, only for the design to animate in a gruesome manner and murder the person. In exchange for this dark twist, Tommy enjoys a streak of good luck at the casino. Desperate to save his sister, the next target of the deadly snake tattoo, he enlists the help of his grandfather Lom, a traditional Chinese healer. Just as they manage to rescue her, Tommy finds himself caught in a dangerous game of high-stakes Russian Roulette.
