A mysterious quilt, cursed with the power to eliminate foes through dreams, ends up in a community resembling the Amish, known as the "Pennitites." A seemingly ordinary woman discovers the quilt and begins using it to eliminate her rivals for the community leadership. Ryan tries to blend in with the community, but the woman ultimately meets her demise. Choosing to remain with his newfound love, Ryan believes the Quilt of Hathor has been destroyed. Unbeknownst to him and the others, the quilt has been reclaimed by the community leader, who happens to be the father of Ryan's girlfriend and harbors his own sinister intentions for it.
