A couple comes into possession of a cursed pocket watch that grants its owner the ability to freeze time for one hour, but only after committing a murder at a specific train station. Two street orphans observe one of the murders and later connect with Ryan and Micki. By staying close to the couple, Ryan is able to step into their "frozen hour" and successfully snatch the watch from them, ultimately leaving the pair trapped in time forever.
