S3E17 Jack-in-the-Box

Micki's friend, who works at a pool club, tragically drowns at the hands of two intruders. In an unexpected turn, the widow gives her daughter a jack-in-the-box from a sailor's museum, which the girl learns can summon her father's ghost if she kills someone with it. Each time the jack-in-the-box opens, a water spirit drags the victim into a nearby body of water. The father's spirit is disturbed by his daughter's actions, while the grieving mother turns to alcohol for solace. Eventually, the ghost reaches out to Micki, who arrives just in time to prevent the girl from taking her own life to reunite with her father. Micki retrieves the cursed antique, allowing the mother and daughter to begin healing together.
