After Gunther suggests that Rachel requires additional training, she impulsively decides to quit her job. Meanwhile, Phoebe steps in to assist Joey with his new gig selling Christmas trees. In a mishap, Ross inadvertently injures a girl by breaking her leg and feels compelled to find a way to make amends.
