In this episode, Joey faces consequences for his habit of treating attractive women to free meals at Central Perk. Meanwhile, Monica, feeling under the weather, tries to assure Chandler that she's perfectly fine. The plot thickens when Rachel's sister, Jill, arrives in town after their father decides to cut her off financially. Rachel urges Jill to embrace independence by seeking employment and her own place. However, things take an unexpected turn when Jill ends up asking Ross out, leaving Rachel feeling uncomfortable and unable to hide her disapproval.
