As the due date for Rachel's baby passes, Monica and Phoebe make a wager on when the little one will finally arrive, leading to Rachel's rising frustration. In another storyline, Joey brings Chandler along to his highly anticipated movie premiere, only for Chandler to doze off during the screening. Meanwhile, Ross desperately tries to assist Rachel in inducing labor by trying out various techniques suggested by her doctor, leaving out just one crucial method.
