Chandler struggles with insomnia and dozes off during a meeting, inadvertently consenting to manage his company's office in Tulsa. Meanwhile, Rachel disrupts Emma's nap, causing her to wail uncontrollably. Monica and Phoebe team up to soothe the baby and help her drift back to sleep. In another subplot, Ross remains angry with Joey and, in a moment of frustration, accidentally injures his finger while attempting to punch him.
