Rachel's pediatrician decides to sever ties with her due to her constant calls about trivial concerns regarding Emma, leaving her in search of a new doctor and putting Ross in a difficult position. Meanwhile, Joey sets up a blind date for Phoebe. In the midst of this, as Chandler and Monica get ready to move to Tulsa, Monica is presented with a tempting job opportunity at a high-end restaurant in Manhattan.
