In an attempt to bring joy to Emma, Ross belts out Sir Mix-A-Lot's "Baby Got Back," but Rachel is less than thrilled when she learns of his antics. Meanwhile, Phoebe encounters Mike's parents and is determined to make a positive impression. Additionally, while exploring Richard's former apartment, Joey and Chandler stumble upon a videotape labeled with Monica's name, sending Chandler into a panic as he fears it might be a scandalous recording.
