While piloting his Conquest, Slipstream picks up a crucial command code in a Cobra transmission. Soon, a squadron of Night Ravens is dispatched to pursue him. During the chase, he and one of the Night Ravens crash on a secluded island that houses a Cobra base. The Stratoviper, a woman named Raven, is not only injured but also unfriendly towards Slipstream. However, when BATs arrive and begin firing at them, they must reluctantly join forces to take refuge in the deserted Cobra facility, all while being observed by Doctor Mindbender.
