The scene shifts to a jungle temple in South America, where three groups are vying for control: Serpentor, the Joes, and Cobra Commander. Scoop realizes he’s been deceived into aligning with Cobra and decides to rebel against them. However, the Joes soon uncover his true allegiance. Meanwhile, Cobra Commander harnesses the power of the Dragonfire to transform monkeys into Ape Warriors, who then launch an assault on the Joes, escalating the conflict.
