KAOS is covertly transporting classified information out of the country. Agent 99 uncovers that a local department store is their disguise, with Polly Dollys being the method of smuggling. When you pull the string on a doll, Polly divulges sensitive information. However, Max and 99 soon find themselves captured by KAOS. Armed with various children's toys, they devise a plan to escape and dismantle the smuggling operation once and for all.
