KAOS sets its sights on abducting Dr. Shotwire, a genius scientist whose progress has been hindered by his own bodyguard, 86. The mission is led by Natz, a KAOS operative with a personal grudge against Max, who once imprisoned him. To execute the abduction, Natz employs the latest invention from the rogue Dr. Ratton: Hymie, a humanoid robot posing as a new agent at Control. However, chaos ensues when Hymie shares a drink and engages in unexpected bonding with Max, leaving everyone unsure of what will unfold next.
