S1E25 The Amazing Harry Hoo

The Claw has returned, plotting to ensnare Max in a lethal trap. This twisted plan sends Max and 99 to San Francisco, where they trail a Chinese operative known as Number 3, believing it will guide them to the elusive Number One, the Claw himself, who orchestrates a smuggling ring disguised as a laundromat (with the real profits hidden in the laundry). Along the way, Max receives assistance from Harry Hoo, a sharp-eyed Chinese inspector known for his analytical skills and penchant for presenting two interpretations for every situation.
