After KAOS steals CONTROL's payroll, leaving the organization in dire financial trouble, The Chief enlists Max, who will pose as prospector Frogsie Debbs. His mission takes him to Mira Lodo, Mexico, where he must track down Debbs' former associate, C. Errol Madre. Madre holds the second half of a treasure map that could lead to a gold mine capable of revitalizing CONTROL's finances.
