Title: C: The Visual Device Will Laugh; INTERCEPTER Plot: During a late shift, Togusa receives a call from an old colleague from his police days. The friend has stumbled upon some unusual activity involving the investigators in the Laughing Man Unit, a dedicated team aiming to apprehend the notorious cyber criminal known as the Laughing Man. Just as they plan to meet, tragedy strikes when the colleague dies in a car crash, leaving Togusa to piece together the mystery alone.
