While undergoing routine maintenance, the Tachikomas engage in a lively discussion about the Individual Eleven in their newly created "forum." Meanwhile, Batou and Togusa arrive on the scene and decide to take one of the Tachikomas—Batou's personal favorite—with them to Spring-8. Their goal is to examine the scientific findings related to the Individual Eleven.
