Melinda pays a visit to the Grandview Mayor, urging him to call off the upcoming memorial dedication. She connects with the spirit of a postal worker while searching for a young girl named Kristen. Subsequently, Melinda teams up with Professor Payne to investigate the disappearance of several children, following a lead from their nanny who mentions they left with a man named Gabriel. In the midst of their efforts, a shadowy figure attempts to thwart Melinda's mission to support those in need.
