After two decades in hiding, Imad Mughniyeh is tired of living in obscurity. He orchestrates the kidnapping of U.S. soldiers in Iraq, but when the escape plan goes awry, it piques the interest of Lena Asayran. Meir Dagan, the head of Mossad, instructs his top agent, Teddy, to work with Lena to secure CIA assistance in eliminating Mughniyeh. Meanwhile, Imad becomes romantically involved with a businesswoman in Damascus, leading to family tensions that create a unique chance for Lena and Teddy to finally pinpoint Imad after 25 years.
