As Goblin Slayer makes his routine checks on the farm, he discovers a trail of goblin footprints, recognizing that an attack is imminent that night. He urges Cow Girl and her uncle to evacuate, but Cow Girl is determined to stay, wanting to defend the only home Goblin Slayer has to return to. Resolute in his mission to safeguard the farm, Goblin Slayer sets off to the guild to enlist help.
