S1E7 Complication

Sugimoto and Shiraishi confront Nihei in a fierce battle, while Tanigaki manages to capture Asirpa. However, he soon finds himself in peril when he steps into a deer trap and gets struck by a poisoned arrow, but Asirpa comes to his rescue. Retar, accompanied by his mate, a grey wolf, rushes to help Asirpa and ends up attacking and killing Nihei. Tanigaki is taken to Asirpa’s village to heal and reveals that Tsurumi plans to seize the gold to orchestrate a military coup for an independent Hokkaido. Meanwhile, Ushiyama tracks down Shiraishi at a brothel, sparking a chase.
