Kiki, Casey's older sister, returns to Cyprus-Rhodes University for her wedding, and all the ZBZ girls are excited to join in the festivities. Amid the wedding chaos, Max decides it's the perfect moment to elevate his relationship with Casey and proposes. Meanwhile, with Andy away, Jordan enlists Rusty to help gather flowers for Kiki’s big day. When they realize the order was never placed, they scramble to find a solution, but their plan goes awry, sending them both to the emergency room with matching allergic reactions. This unexpected situation brings them closer, resulting in a kiss. At the same time, Rebecca finds herself exploring new feelings when she kisses Ashleigh’s openly gay sister, Robin, during a bachelorette party game, piquing her curiosity.
