Lisa initially opposes the idea of purchasing the Watsons' neighboring land, but her perspective changes after she visits their farmhouse. Mistakenly believing that the house comes with the purchase, she sells the Watsons' furniture to Mr. Haney and arranges for it to be delivered. Meanwhile, Oliver is in New York working on securing the financing for the property.
