S2E2 Water, Water Everywhere

Mr. Haney enlists Willie the well-witcher to create a new well, but soon after, Mr. Haney finds himself with an abundance of water while Oliver struggles with a dry supply. The cycle continues when Oliver gets his own well, leading the Ziffels to face water shortages. When the Ziffels finally get a new well, Mr. Drucker runs out of water next. Frustrated, Oliver proposes that Hooterville should build a reservoir. Just as the townsfolk enjoy plenty of water, they discover a new problem: turning on their taps leads to a power outage.
