Feeling restless and in search of a new endeavor, Lisa steps up to lead the "Hooterville Human Humane Committee." Her passion takes a wild turn as she imposes strict bans on activities like duck hunting and the sale of chicken eggs. Before long, the Douglas home resembles a chaotic animal sanctuary, and the townsfolk grow increasingly frustrated, eager to see her gone.
