Ralph is heartbroken after her cherished "Hankie" Kimball loses his job as the county agricultural agent. The new agent is so unpleasant and disrespectful that even Oliver starts devising a plan to bring Kimball back. His idea involves scaring off the newcomer by pairing him up with Ralph, hoping to drive him away for good.
