S4E3 Hail to the Fire Chief

In a clever ploy to make Oliver foot the bill for a convention, Fire Chief Joe Carson names him as his assistant. However, Oliver quickly discovers that the Hooterville Fire Department is disorganized and lacking. Determined to make necessary changes, he pushes for upgrades, leading to Uncle Joe's ousting from his position and Oliver taking over as the new fire chief.
