S4E11 The Blue Feather

Lisa believes she’s been cursed by Hungarian gypsies after a mysterious blue feather arrives in her mailbox. To help her break the hex, Haney sells her an absurd remedy that she concocts, places in a green purse, and hangs by her front door. When Eb sees it, he freaks out, fearing that the "green purse hex" will cause a drought, so he quickly whips up his own mixture in a yellow purse to counteract it. Meanwhile, Oliver steps in to put an end to this chaotic nonsense.
