Oliver decides to surprise Lisa for her birthday with a horse. Mr. Haney shows up with a unique delivery: a talking horse named Mr. Fred, who happens to be a former TV star. At the same time, the townsfolk mistakenly believe Lisa has a drinking problem and organize an intervention to address their concerns.
