Local inventor "Looney Luke" Needlinger has created a device that supposedly transforms hay into milk. Eager to strike it rich, Haney and Fred try to persuade Oliver to invest in the invention, but he remains skeptical, suspecting a scam. After witnessing the milk-producing contraption in action, Oliver enlists a chemist to examine it closely. The findings reveal that cows will remain indispensable in the dairy industry, ensuring their jobs are safe.
