Lisa the fortune-teller foresees that a mysterious figure will soon appear in Oliver's life. That figure turns out to be Tadpole Talbot, Eb's cousin who sings country music. Tadpole recruits Eb to travel with him and promote his music, but the reality of the road trip is far less glamorous than Eb had envisioned.
