Oliver goes to the Hooterville post office to collect a special delivery letter addressed to him. However, a mix-up occurs when Drucker hands it over to Hank Kimball, who then passes it to Fred Ziffel. Fred, in turn, gives it to Arnold, who accidentally mails it off. This sends Oliver and Lisa on a frantic journey to the Pixley post office, where they encounter two pairs of identical twins working behind the counters.
