While Oliver is in New York wrapping up a case for his former law firm, Lisa and Eb stumble upon "Little Freddie" on their doorstep. When Lisa calls to share the news, Oliver is thrown into a frenzy, not realizing she’s referring to a puppy. With no luck persuading Lisa to reach out to the sheriff, he ditches his case and hurries back to Hooterville to take control of the situation.
