Haney's latest scheme to swindle Oliver could put him behind bars if he fails to return the $200 by six o'clock. He takes advantage of Oliver's frustration with Colby's wayward cow, the Douglases' cow Eleanor, and a fake bovine, selling and reselling all three to profit. Meanwhile, Lisa and Eb grow convinced that Oliver is a ruthless "cow shooster."
