Eb discovers that $538 won't cover the cost of building a house on the two acres gifted to him and Darlene by the Douglases. To come up with a down payment, he brainstorms several ideas, including transforming the Douglas farm into a bed and breakfast, converting it into a dump, or setting it up as a trailer camp.
