Oliver rummages through his collection of old Christmas cards in search of the return address for his former secretary, who has relocated to California. He hopes to reach out to her, as she once helped him find a repair shop for his broken watch. Meanwhile, Carol, now working for a realtor, manages to thwart a con artist attempting to scam her boss out of $10,000—a man her former employer, Mr. Douglas, had once tried to indict back in New York. By the end of the episode, Carol finally recalls the name of that watch repair shop on Madison Avenue.
