The hospital organizes a charity Grand Slave Auction featuring Statham, Caroline, Guy, and Lyndon up for bids. While some attract fierce competition, others struggle to find buyers. Caroline inadvertently crosses Sue, who harbors dark intentions, after confessing her feelings for Mac. However, Mac shocks everyone by unveiling his new girlfriend, Lady Emily, and announcing his departure from the hospital for a consultancy role in Sheffield. In an effort to win over Caroline, Martin decides to act like a jerk, while Joanna finally gains clarity about her relationship with Lyndon. Meanwhile, Harriet is summoned to school to discuss her problematic son.
